Product Review: Kris Mainieri's "PC Secret Formula"
For the last few months, my computer had been getting slower and slower. It was to where I could only have my browser up for about an hour or two, then I would have to shut it down and reload it to get any work done. I could not run the Firefox browser at all because my computer kept telling me that I didn't have enough memory. Very frustrating to say the least.
On Thursday night I received an email about Kris Mainieri's "PC Secret Formula". I was skeptical, but since it was only $9.97...( Proof of my purchase: PayPal -Total: $9.97 USD Order Description: PC Secret Formula Item/Product Number: Main-PCFormula)...I decided I would give it a try as he states that:
"Even if you're a non-techie...even if you think your PC is hopeless (I assure you, it's not) -".
That pretty much described me to a tee and I was thinking I would need to purchase a new computer or at least new ram and memory... anyway...
I followed the simple step-by-step instructions laid out in his formula. (He says that you can do it in 15 minutes, but my kids kept interrupting me and I had to stop to tend to them, so it took me about 35 to 45 minutes to do all the steps.)
To say it works is an understatement...my computer is now running faster, more secure, programs are loading quickly and it is the most stable it has been since I first bought it 4 years ago...it is running like it was brand new!
I also recovered almost 30% of wasted memory and can now run Firefox browser without any problems.
Would I recommend this to my family and friends...you bet!
So, If your computer is slowing down and you are needing to speed it up...I recommend you get this as soon as possible before he raises the price as he has stated this on his site:

There are no "secrets" revealed. The tools and most info are good, but why pay for free info? There are some things that negatively affect personal settings and some necessary info is missing. Overall: too basic, no secrets, save your $, read a pc support forum, you will do much better.

I know there are pc support forums, but like a lot of people, I did not have the time to search through them trying to find answers or to ask and then wait for someone to give me an answer. And, since I didn't know about most of the things that were in the e-book, how would I know what to ask about in a forum?
You asked "Why would I pay for free info?" Because as I stated above, I do not have the time to go looking all over the intenet trying to find out what tools and info is needed and then try to figure out in what order to apply them. He provides a "simple" step-by-step process that took me about
30-45 minutes to apply.
I have had nothing be negatively affected on my computer since applying the suggested programs to my computer. He also supplies a support email, so that if there are any problems or questions, you can get answers to them.
So, for me anyway, "secrets" were revealed and it was worth what I paid for it. And I will continue to recommend this to anyone who is looking for a "Basic" step-by-step program to help them and that is what this is.

Hi EJ, I can understand if you are relatively new to computers and not having time to search, but one of the best free resources out there is tweakhound. I won't post a link as it may not be acceptable. I am not affiliated with the site at all.
I am glad you were not negatively affected by what you tried, but I hope you did a full backup before doing it. His comment on using sfc - system file checker is fine, if you do not kill the dllcache which he tells you to do. Most people will try that and restore original files from their cd's which are outdated by many windows updates. The dllcache is part of the windows file protection and he says off hand to delete it... not much of a tech... The dllcache is designed to protect you, please do NOT delete it unless you know it has becomce corrupted, even then you should get a tech to help you.
